Great experience every time I come to Slushees. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and Caitlyn in particular was amazing. She’s super knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed.The shop is clean, well stocked, and has a great vibe. This is definitely my go-to vape shop and I highly recommend it.

This place is great. Staff is knowledgeable and knows what I want everytime. I like that the new location is more accessible from wherever I am at in town and now I’ll be there far more often

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! Best vape/smoke shop around. Not only do they have a wide selection from rolling papers and bongs to disposable vapes and glass cleaner. Go support a locally owned and locally loved business.

I went in for my normal vape or two. And because the deals were so good, I ended up walking out with a few more than normal. I think they're moving to a new location though.

I shared how impressed I was in store, but now it’s for the world to read. More professional, well organized, inviting, well stocked, and stock knowledgeable place of business I have ever been too in the Vape genre. Clean front on the store and no unnecessary ad space. It was more like entering a spa with an orderly display of botanical oil options and I left feeling cleaner and less guilty about my love for nicotine for the first time ever.I’m really not just artfully talking them up. Real experience, said in store. Sharing online.

I just moved to Reno 6 months ago and trying to find a descent shop was hard. Either yoo expensive, juice isn't really juice or both. Enter Slushees! I walked l, wirhin 5 minutes had a new flavor within the wheelhouse of what I was looking for, nicely priced! And it it took 5 minutes!! Staff was great, friendly and as stated understood what I was looking for! This is my go to for vaoe juice from now on!! Need more shops like this one!!

I always have a great experience, just recently went in to get a coil for my mod, the normal lady who helps me wasn't there and one of the young guys just wasn't paying much attention or didn't hear me. I have no idea, but I trust them so I didn't check before I left and realized the next day I had the wrong coil went in and they replaced it no issues at all! I love this store and I try to bring in friends who haven't been before cause it's such a great shop!

Andrew is always so helpful, friendly and genuine every time I’ve gone in! The store is always clean and organized. They also honor replacing or discounting vapes if you end up buying one that presents any issues after purchase. I’ve never had another shop replace or discount any of my disposables if they end up being a dud. I’d recommend to anyone to go here over any other store.

My go to store for vape products and certain smoking accessories.They have a fantastic staff thats more than willing to have a conversation and give any help needed.They carry most if not all brands and sizes for certain accessories.On top of it the staff are really helpful when it comes to the array of selections of OHM and SubOhm juices. I personally hate "ice" or menthol products and not once have they failed to help me find a non ice product.Other stores time and again fail to help me but these guys dontplus they give you free stickers and do deliveries !!??

Update:It has been years sense sense I've gone here as I quit vaping when they stopped making their own juice as at the time it was the only brand that didn't make me sick but I got back into the habit of smoking and was spending too much on disposable vapes so I decided it was time to get my own mod again to start the process over.The gentleman that helped me today I'm very happy with what I purchased it is smaller and more compact than I'm use to but it does the trick and exactly what I wanted and the juice I ended up going with is pretty good and hasn't made me sick so thank you.

Now I’ll be honest when I say; the friendly service, knowledge in products, and selection, is why I now exclusively shop here. They make me feel welcome, and don’t try to rush or push a product on me that I’m not interested in.

Love this place took my mom and step dad here so they can get one of the smok vapes with the salt nicotine and save from money from the vape cigarettes with the cartridges. The men working were very helpful and help them set up theyre vapes. I also like how was mainly about vapes, they had some pieces but mainly have any juice you want
